Checkline TSD digital torque screwdrivers are designed for accurate measurement of application and removal torque of screws and fasteners. The TSD measures bi-directional torque in real-time or peak modes. 9 programmable target values can be preset to allow the operator to quickly fasten screws using audible and visual indicators to alert when the target value is reached or passed.

The TSD uses standard 1/4" hex bits allowing it to be used on a wide range of applications. An auto-locking bit holder allows for quick changing between sizes

Quick Start Instructions

---

1. Press C to power on screwdriver.
2. Press U/S to select desired measuring unit.
3. To select TRACK or PEAK mode press and hold the U/S key for 2 seconds, the display will show MODE, then press the up or down key to select between PEAK or TRACK mode (indicated by a small P or T in the bottom right corner of display). Then press the U/Skey three times to confirm your selection and return to measurement mode.
4. Use up and down arrow keys to enter target torque. If you are simply measuring and do not have a target, adjust the setpoint to the highest value (maximum capacity of the screwdriver).

Note, when there is no torque applied the TSD will display the target value or previous reading (in Peak mode).
